    There are only three pre-requisites required to successfully activate your player: You must have an active internet connection. The desktop player must have been installed. You will need your activation key that was supplied to you by Spa Music Stream. To activate the player: Navigate to the installed player either by going through the start menu or by double clicking the shortcut on your desktop.     Download Playlists The SpaMusicStream player has the ability to store offline the tracks and playlists you most commonly use. This saves bandwidth and means that even if your internet connection temporarily goes down, the music will keep on playing. You can monitor how much of the current active playlist is available offline in the area below the main playlist window. If you do not wish to download the playlist you are currently using, move the ‘download playlist’ slider to the OFF position (by default it is set to ON). A – There are 4 different causes for this: 1) It is unlikely that the Spa Music Stream device is creating the unwanted noise. To determine this, simply connect a pair of headphones to the Spa Music Stream device. If you can hear clear, undistorted music then you know that the player is not the source of the problem. 2) The volume of the player is set to minimum and the volume of the sound system is set to maximum.     The player has the ability to download playlists and make them available offline. We recommend that everyone does this with playlists they frequently use, for 3 reasons: Offline tracks reduce bandwith used - this is especially useful on metered internet connections. Offline tracks will carry on playing if the internet temporarily goes down. Offline tracks enable the app to be used on slow internet connections that are unable to stream a track.     Scheduling is an incredibly useful function that tells the player to play certain playlists at certain times. Currently schedules can only be set up using Central Control before it is 'Pushed' to the desired tablet. You can view a schedule by pressing the ‘Scheduler’ menu tab. The schedule can be activated and deactivated by tapping on the ON/OFF slider located in the top right corner.     The player can be programmed to play in-store messages.    Central Control sends the messaging and messaging playlists out to the individual tablets. These messages can then be enabled or disabled by going to the 'More' tab then going to the 'Messaging' menu. Here you will see a list of forthcoming messages along with their estimated time.
